GRADIENT has its own mechanical workshop where it manufactures metallic enclosures and subassemblies according to EU production standards.

GRADIENT builds mechanical parts for various electronic systems using the following production technologies:milling and lathing machines, cutting and forming sheet metal, various hydraulic and mechanical presses, TIG, spot and electrode welding, CNC routers, electrostatic and serigraphy painting, treatment ovens, sanding machines and so on.

Gradient can also electrostatically paint in different colors some medium size metallic products on demand. A special treatment is applied to the surface to be painted then a controlled width layer of polyester or epoxi-polyester is applied. Gradient measures the quality of the paint layer afterwards, so the durability of the paint is guaranteed whether the products are used indoors or outdoors.
