To be impressed on plane or cylindrical surfaces.The form is designed for impression of names, numbers, codes and texts, each line allowing simultaneous printing of 8 characters. It is useful in many applications connected with numbering in the purpose of rapid identification of poles and cubicles or for safety texts.

The impressed surface is H x W: 70mm x 390mm. Character dimensions are hxw: 70x35mm and their material is PVC (polyvinyl chloride) of 0.7mm.The holders are metallic insuring constant contact on the whole surface, regardless of its cylindrical or plane form.

1.)Choose the necessary letters or digits from the box compartments, insert them into the frame by gliding at either of the line ends. After the whole text has been completed (use the type blank for areas which mustn't be impressed upon) you may move on to printing stage.

2.)You may set the form on the surface to be printed to create a tension that will insure uniform contact on the whole surface.

3.)Spray the paint from a distance of 15-20 cm aiming at the characters. By using the paint spray you will obtain remarkable clarity and long lasting brightness.

4.)After the impressing process is over, you need to wash the form carefully, using the specific solvent for the type of paint you have used, (usually white spirt or petrol) by submerging it into a tank and cleaning it with a brush. The use of dissolving solvents for PVC is forbidden. It is recommended that you should test the solvent on one of the blank elements in the set. Extract the characters from the frame, wipe them with a dry piece of cloth and place them in the box. If there are any paint stains on the frame, you can clean them with a scraper.
