Painting with the Gradient security master-forms
The master-formsare sold in sets, made of 0.25mm sheet metal, and can be used to paint on various surfaces. Painting is made in steps clearly described in the included instructions, starting with the background and ending with the symbols. We recommend using spray can paints which are easy to use and offer good quality. The master-forms are very durable so the same forms can be used to print numerous times. The elasticity of the relatively thin sheet metal allows to paint on cylindrical pillars.
Custom designs master-forms can be made for specific applications.

1. SURFACE PREPARING AND PAINTING TIPS: To obtain a durable paint, the surface to be painted must be well prepared. Clean thoroughly any impurity and old layers of paint then polish with sandpaper. In case of painting on sheet meal a primer should be used first. The surface must be smooth and clean prior to painting. In case of spray can paint, shake well at least 20 seconds prior to usage. Apply paint in short burst of 0.5s from a distance about 20-30cm such as to avoid dripping. The environment temperature should be between 10 and 35C.
